Verdelho 2009
This Verdelho has attractive sweet fruit aromas of peach, nectarine and nougat and a palate loaded with tropical fruit and confectionary flavours. Easy to drink with a generous serve of sweet fruit that will linger on a dry finish.

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2007
A good balance of the classic varieties. Dry style with aromas of lemon and tropical fruit. The palate is fresh and lively and finishing crisp and clean.

Sauvignon Blanc 2006
A medium bodied dry style with aromas of tropical fruit and cut grass typical of the variety. The palate is fresh and lively, awash with citrus and herbal qualities, finishing crisp and clean.

Semillon 2006
Another example of the classical Semillon style. Nice fruit flavours and good acid. Lemony and citrus bouquet and palate. A wine to age but ready to drink now.

Semillon 2005
Similar in syle to the 2004. This Semillon exhibits lively fruits and good acid. Made in the Hunter style, the wine exudes a classic lemony and citrus bouquet and palate. A lively young wine on a crisp and clean finish that will age gracefully.

Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon 2001 - SOLD OUT
The 2001 vintage Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon is typically full of flavour. The Sauvignon Blanc blends well with the Semillon to create a well balanced classic white wine of the area. Pale straw; with a range of fruit blossom aromatics and a touch of spice from the small portion barrel fermented in French oak. The palate has good flavour and structure, with positive citrussy fruit reflecting the blend of 60 per cent Sauvignon Blanc and 40 per cent Semillon.

Semillon 2000 - SOLD OUT

Our 2000 vintage Semillon is showing pale straw to gold in colour with green tinges exhibiting soft fruit and melon characteristics combined with honeysuckle blossom and underlying herbal notes. This fresh full flavoured wine is balanced with soft acidity and is drinking at its prime.
